Things You Need in The Cocoon

You will need some exercise equipment for The Cocoon – Empowered Transformation.  You don’t need the exact same brands that I use, just make sure you have the items you need for your best success in the program. BASIC ITEMS NEEDED:  SLIP-RESISTANT YOGA MAT (OPTIONAL: BLOCKS, STRAPS), BALANCE BALL, HAND HELD WEIGHTS, LOOPS OR RESISTANCE BANDS.

I found some great looking leggings in Plus Sizes! My favorite brand is PopFit, they have super inclusive sizing, comfy and supportive fabric, excellent construction, and POCKETS.

Yoga Blocks

Supportive Padding for Knees, Wrists

Resistance Loops

Yoga Mat (I use Gaiam)

Resistance Bands  (I use Reebok)

Hand Weights (I use Champion)

Balance Ball (I use Reebok)

Footwear (I wear Nike or Brooks)

Sports Bra (I wear Champion)

BPA- Free Refillable Water Bottle (I love the ones with the infuser included so I can add fresh fruit for a tasty treat!)

Optional: If you think you need extra support for your knees, ankles, or feet- definitely get a soft flexible brace or you can use KT Tape.
