The beauty is on the inside for my Apple-Cinnamon Ugly Smoothie! The cinnamon & apple combine to create a dessert-like flavor. This healthy & delicious meal to go is ready in 5 minutes (or less!) and tastes sweet & fresh.

1/2 apple of your choice, chopped into small cubes

1 leaf Kale, stripped from stem and torn in pieces

1 small Cutie tangerine or sweet orange, peeled and sections separated

1/2-1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 cup cold coconut water

Dash of cinnamon

Blend and Enjoy!
