The Fourth Pillar: EXPLORING [YOUR] DIVINITY [Key Area = Connecting with Spirit] What does your current connection to divinity look like? How does spirituality support/inform your daily life? Where do you experience the Divine? Are you able to separate religion and doctrine from spiritual practices? If you could SEE your own Spirit, your life-force, your essence- how would you describe it? What does she/he/they look like? Do you know the guides and energies on your spiritual support team, your Spirit Council, and how to connect with them? Whenever I am conducting a 4 Pillars Assessment with a client during a…

In my last post, I shared an overview of the 3rd Pillar of Transformational Positivity: Natural Harmony, which is all about our Connection to Nature. Today, I want to share a bit about the ways I am integrating and incorporating natural elements in and around my home to help strengthen and enhance my 3rd Pillar. If you would prefer to watch my videos on this topic, you can check out my new YouTube videos here: The 3rd Pillar: Natural Harmony = Our Connection to Nature; How Can We Create More Natural Harmony? ; Strengthen Your 3rd Pillar: Integrating and Incorporating…

The patterns, variety, and perfect cycles found within the Natural world have been an endless source of awe, inspiration and rejuvenation since the dawn of time.

It has been a time that has forced my overly active performance based perfectionist ass to SIT. DOWN.

Whew! Well Loves, this has been an interesting month, hey? We’re entering the New Moon phase, which is all about rest, introspection, and new beginnings. It has me wondering: •What does Rest look like for you right now? •What have you been learning about yourself in the past month? •What new beginnings are you preparing for? I’ll start:REST for me has been very much about allowing my body to recover from the first round of chemo. It’s looked like saying “No” or “Not Now” to everything that I can, instead of my usual recovering Type A habit of pushing myself…

A 3-Step Energy Releasing Practice for Your Self-Care We all experience ups and downs in our personal energy, and we all have moments when we are feeling anything but “high vibe” and positive. Congratulations on being a human! One of my very favorite things about Transformational Positivity is that you will never be shamed for being a human, having emotions, or expressing difficult feelings. You will never be told by me to just fake-it-til-you-make-it. I don’t do spiritual bypassing around here. I will never teach you to ignore any of the challenging things that you are feeling, carrying, or stuck…

What are some of the first things you do when you come home to rest at the end of a long, stressful day? Do you kick off your shoes, drop off all the things in your hands like your keys, the mail, purse/handbag/briefcase, your phone, an old coffee cup, a bag or two of take-out food and/or groceries and make a beeline to the toilet? (Okay, I admit that I am most definitely taking my phone in with me to watch TikTok or Instagram Stories while I’m *taking a seat* to pee.) Maybe you also hop into the shower or…

Michelle Lewis – The Blessings Butterfly Do you have a more relaxed work schedule during the summer months? It’s a great time to look at your Self-Care routine and treat yourself to something beautiful. I was so grateful today for the flexibility to go enjoy some “beauty maintenance” (lash fill & mani-pedi!) before joining my sweetheart’s office dinner party tonight. Self-care is so much deeper than a spa day; it’s really about taking the time to restore what’s on your inside. So, what if you can’t take a day off or even a few hours? Give yourself 5, 10,…

How many times have you been going through a difficult or stressful time in your life, and some (hopefully well-meaning) person comes along with advice like this: “Fake it ’til you make it!” “Just be more positive!” “No bad vibes!” “Smile, things could be worse!” UGH. That’s just really NOT helpful! I have been so frustrated with the fake positivity like this that permeates social media and the damage it creates in it’s wake. Humans, even the most enlightened, awakened, spiritual among us all still experience the very real, very human emotions that constantly get labeled as “negative” [read: BAD].…

My fiancé and I don’t plan to have any kids together by mutual choice (I am a 1-and-done momma of a grown ass human, thank you very much). We don’t have pets (he’s terribly allergic, and when my last two kitties finally crossed the rainbow bridge, I needed a break. Also we travel ALOT). What we do have is an abundance of stuffed animals, some from childhood but mostly collected from our 6 years of dating. Some are tiny. Some are HUGE. Some help us sleep. Some help us manage days when our hearts are broken open (death of a…
