Blessing #20: I Create Great Memories

What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life, to be with each other in silent and unspeakable memory. ~George Eliot

I cherish my time, and I love to spend it with people I love, doing things that make me happy. I want to spend every day of my life creating great memories.  I make time for big life events, and I welcome the little opportunities along to way.

Here are some tips for creating great memories:

  • Be Spontaneous- do something unexpected, follow a whim, take a chance
  • Learn Something New- an activity, a sport, a hobby, anything outside of your comfort zone
  • Be Inclusive- invite a friend (or two or three!) to do something you either already planned on doing or are wanting to try
  • Get Active- join a team sport, take a hike, go dancing, get outside

“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” ~ Anonymous

Say “Yes!” to your life and you will fill each day of your journey with the blessing of joyful memories.
